We are a functional fitness gym offering a variety of classes including: Mixed elements of strength, skill and conditioning (Strength & Conditioning), High Intensity Interval Training (Sweat 45), Classic body building (Build), and a combination of Powerlifting and Olympic Weightlifting (Barbell Club). We also offer personal training, nutrition coaching and individualized programming for those looking for a more personalized approach through their health & fitness journey.

45 min cardio and core intensive workouts combining cardio equipment, kettlebell, dumbbell and body weight movements. Sweat45 is great for all levels!
Personal Training
Personal Training or Personalized Programs allows us to tailor sessions to the member’s unique goals. This is for those members who are after a little more attention to reach their goals.
