We also offer personal training, nutrition coaching and individualized programming for those looking for a more personalized approach through their health & fitness journey.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning combines Power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and functional conditioning into one highly-effective program.

Barbell Club

Barbell Club focuses on building strength in the Power Lifts (Squat/ Bench/ Deadlift) as well as the Olympic Lifts (Snatch/ Clean & Jerk ).

Sweat45

A 45 min cardio and core intensive workout combining cardio equipment, kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight movements. Sweat45 is great for all levels!

Build

Build is a functional bodybuilding program that follows a legs/ upper body push/ upper body pull/ legs/ total upper body split.
